IELTS Test Nepal ("we", "us", or "our") is an independent, simulated IELTS practice platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the British Council, IDP Education, Cambridge Assessment English, or any official IELTS administering organisation.

All tests, scores, and feedback provided on this platform are for practice and preparation purposes only. They do not constitute an official IELTS examination, and results obtained here do not reflect or predict your official IELTS band score.

We make no representation or warranty that your performance on IELTS Test Nepal will correspond to your score on an official IELTS examination. Individual results vary based on many factors outside our control.

Our AI-powered feedback and band score estimates are indicative only. They are generated by automated systems and should not be taken as a definitive assessment of your English proficiency.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to access premium features. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

Certain features of IELTS Test Nepal require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All fees are displayed in your local currency equivalent and are charged at the time of purchase.

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been processed and access to premium content has been granted, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges — including for unused portions of a subscription period, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with results.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to content you paid for, please contact us at info@ieltstestnepal.com within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve it.

All content on this platform — including test questions, reading passages, audio recordings, writing prompts, and UI design — is the intellectual property of IELTS Test Nepal or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share, resell, or redistribute test content
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate interactions with the platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
