• Your Google account email address
• A unique identifier from Google

• Your test responses and AI feedback results
• Subscription and payment status (not payment card details)
• Timestamps of activity for session management

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. Payments are handled by third-party processors who are subject to their own privacy policies.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide access to tests and features based on your subscription
• Generate AI feedback on your writing and speaking submissions
• Send important service-related emails (e.g., payment confirmations)
• Improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised usage analysis

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Firebase is compliant with GDPR and other major data protection standards.

Some data (such as your profile and test preferences) may be cached in your browser's local storage to improve performance. This data remains on your device and is cleared when you sign out.

We use browser local storage to cache your profile and maintain session state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Basic analytics may use first-party cookies to understand how users interact with the platform.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
